About us
We are a small group of ex-property professionals that saw an opportunity to retrain and spend a bit more time outside of those properties. We first trained as commercial UAV (drone) pilots, providing aerial services to Property and Asset Managers in our professional networks.
After a short while it became apparent that there were many other emerging technologies that could be adapted or co-opted into new uses in the property sector, and so we started to add 360 degree videography to our skillset and then this led onto 3D modelling and VR.
We are not just about capturing and presenting interesting footage however, as we quickly learned that there's no point in our clients having great footage if they, or we, don't know how to turn it into killer content, or how to use it to amplify their social reach, generate leads or sell their ideas - so we then developed all the editing and distribution skills we need to provide a full service proposition.
We continue to learn and adapt new technologies into new services for our clients, and we are proud to have recently secured our partnership with the lovely people at DataFromSky, with whom we can now provide another layer of commercial services based upon analysis of the movements of people and vehicles through spaces, all from captured aerial footage or live CCTV footage. Its all very exciting really.
Above all however, we are seasoned service providers - and we understand that the longevity of our business is reliant upon us providing real value for our clients, whilst also being reliable partners for them.
A professional approach
Having spent many years working in and providing services to the commercial property sector we know how importantly you take the safety of your staff and your visitors. So, in turn we have taken every step possible to mitigate any risks to you, your staff or your visitors and customers.
All our UAV Pilots are fully qualified and CAA Approved, and we are constantly assessing new ways in which we mitigate any risks further.
